1. The applicant must transfer PEM tokens to the official wallet address designated by the PEM Foundation:

• Token Distribution Period:
From 00:00 UTC, May 12, 2025 – Until 00:00 UTC, May 22, 2025

Important Notes & Disclaimers
1. PEM tokens acquired through illicit or fraudulent means are not eligible for the swap.
2. Lost or inaccessible wallet holdings cannot be recovered or swapped.
3. The applicant bears full responsibility for any errors made in the submitted application form.
4. The gas fee incurred during the transfer of PEM tokens to the designated foundation wallet must be borne by the applicant.
5. The gas fee required for transferring new ACP tokens to the applicant will be covered by the foundation.
6. If tokens other than PEM are mistakenly sent to the foundation’s wallet, they will be returned in bulk at a later date, and the applicant must cover the associated gas fees.
